Alex Lim is one of the youngest and fastest growing ERA Executive Director of Agency (EDA) in real estate industry, Co-founder of Preeminent Group & leader of Alex Lim Advisory (ALA).

Alex Lim is a professional realtor, a real estate peak performance coach, business leader, property investor and a mentor to many passionate & aspiring salespeople. He has also groomed numerous real estate professionals to become self-made millionaires. 

 

Alex joined the real estate industry in 2006, just as social mediums took the internet by storm. Rising giants of social media – Facebook, Google, and YouTube - Alex found his roaring success on the ascent of digital marketing, transacting over $1 billion in property sales over a decade of bold online marketing feats. With his unique digital marketing campaigns and online sales system, earning him over $1 million in just one year.

 

Proving that age is not a barrier to success, he embarked the real estate industry at a young age of 22 right after his National Service. Coming from a humble background, Alex went on to achieve various milestones and made leaping achievements in his career with hard work and a strong mission. He is one of ERA’s top trainer and leader, imparting his knowledge and business acumen to the next wave of aspiring salespeople to replicate his success. 

 

Alex graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management and is currently leading a group of more than 4000 real estate salespersons -- providing comprehensive real estate advisory for developers, international and local clients.
