What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?

 

[Alan Leu]: Providing for my family, improving the quality of life for my family, buying something good/unique for them. Family is an important part in my life and it is what drives me to achieve more to give them a better life.

 

 

What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?

 

[Alan Leu]: It takes a lot of patience and determination to reach your goals. The amount of effort and focus it takes to achieve this award goes to show that I can provide for my family, and I do hope that it makes my family proud.

 

 

Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?

 

[Alan Leu]: I focus on resale Industrial units in the east, namely Ubi, Kaki Bukit, and Tai Seng. Finding the right units for my buyers and negotiating the price for them, and settling all their loan matters. The timeline was also an important consideration. Being patient and understanding client's needs, and working my best to meet their expectations.

 

 

How does ERA, Preeminent Group, and ALD make a difference?

 

[Alan Leu]: We have a great team and network, and the internal co-broke is good. Team members all work closely together, and we have a great team in all areas. The mindset and determination I see in all leaders in Preeminent and ALD is inspiring.

[Alan Leu]: To Alex, Daniel Phua, Alvin Teo, and Nancy Zhang, thank you all for the training, wonderful support, and knowledge that you have passed on to us.

 

 

Do you have any tips or advice to inspire fellow realtors?

 

[Alan Leu]:

- Stay focus, and really focus, think fast and act fast. 

- Do good and bring the best to all your clients.

- Keep grinding, stay alert and never give up!
