🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?

 

Earning more money, provide my family a better life. Channeling myself to move out of my comfort zone to do something I had never been doing all along in my entire Real estate career, which is internet/media marketing. Which I know nuts about it. 

 

 

🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?

 

Going extra mile for my clients, even down to go down to check on a tenant, damage items, arrange handyman, or even DIY to repair the parts. I treat their home like mine. Not forgetting my fellow ERA agents, they are my clients too. 

 

It means a lot to me, comparing 2 to 3 years ago. When I was struggling to stay alive in this industry. Struggling between driving taxi, grab and Real estate. It doesn't work juggling between both. 

 

 

🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?

 

Majority of my July closing come from tagging case, really appreciate those ERA NC that have trust in me to handle their clients and supporting me during my low time.
