What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
[Daniel Phua]: As there are many projects in ERA, and agents around are capitalising on the new launch. Therefore it spurs me on to achieve it by being at the top of my game and aiming for greater heights.
What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
[Daniel Phua]: I focus on one of the projects that I like and went around to share with my customers about wealth creation. Little did I know that I also fell in love with the project and purchased another of my investment property. Being passionate about the things you work naturally drives your interest and focuses your energy into it.
Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
[Daniel Phua]: I have closed 4 project launches. I have spent time explaining to the customer in detail about their financial planning and also open up the idea of capitalising on the market situation on the upswing of new launches.
The challenges were it was oversubscribed for the project and the ballot number was not fantastic. But I manage to spur my clients on to persevere in their queue number managed to get the last few units

[Daniel Phua]: Like to give gratitude to Alex Lim for the training in wealth creation and also on social media marketing. The knowledge and skills that I have attained from the training has benefitted my career in today's situation and I am sure in many years to come.
Do you have any tips or advice to inspire fellow realtors?
[Daniel Phua]: Never stop learning, gaining knowledge, and be prepared to adapt to changes. This is a mindset that will keep you growing and learning how to perform your best in every situation.
