🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?

 

My family is my fuel that keeps me moving forward and striving to do the best I can! My motivation also comes from the clients who have put their trust in me. 

​

 

🔰 What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?

 

Being committed to helping my clients to achieve their Dream Home is what it takes. Keeping a clear mind on what is important for my clients is something that got me here. This would all mean that I made a positive difference whenever a successful deal is done!

🔰 Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?

 

I did 2 Landed closings.

​

The challenging part of it is the timeline planning for the client as time was a critical factor. However, I would say that having a good understanding of the transaction process has really helped.

​

🔰 How does ERA, Preeminent Group, and ALD make a difference?

 

The great thing is that whenever I have questions about any transaction, I can ask teammates which I can depend on for help and such strong support allowed me to quickly respond to any issues that might come up.

🔰 Is there anyone whom you wish to show your appreciation to?

 

I'm thankful to the team especially my mentors for the support and guidance. But most importantly, my deepest thanks go to my husband & partner in work.

🔰 Do you have any tips or advice to inspire fellow realtors?

 

We are in an unprecedented time and now is the best time to explore new methods & strategies to expand our business. As long as we are advancing during this period, we can expect to be moving ahead of the competition!
