🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?

 

Always aim for the Diamonds because even if you miss, you'll land among the stars achievers! This mindset has motivated me throughout my career and got me to where I am today.

 

 

🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?

 

Dress up, show up and never give up! This award gave me a sense of achievement and proof that there is no limit in this industry. The only limit is the one you set yourself!

 

 

🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?

 

4 rental, 3 resale HDB, 1 condo resale & 1 new launch project. The challenge I faced was a very tight timeline for my client sales and purchase. I manage to negotiate with the Buyers & Developers to match my clients' timeline and everything worked out well!
