🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
There wasn't any motivation to achieve an ERA Diamond Award initially.
This all started with a challenge by my friends, and I accepted it without much thought. It was this that kick-started my journey to achieving this diamond 💎
🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
Lots of perseverance, and a sprinkle of luck.
This award is my report card for my digital marketing journey. I know I'm going in the right direction. Simply by knowing that, I can now start to review and refine my techniques and improve my business.
🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
I had 3 closings, all from Parc Komo. The main challenge would be separating all my three groups of clients 🤭 All three groups have different needs and experiences when it comes to the purchase of a BUC.
Being patient with them, and actively listening to their concerns allows me to better understand their needs and providing the best possible advice.
🔰How does ERA, Preeminent Group, and ALD make a difference?
The tech tools that ERA provides assisted greatly when it comes to providing information or updates for projects, especially during this period, when most communication is done over the phone rather than F2F.
Additionally, being in ALD, everyone here is willing to provide advice and guidance when I'm unsure of something. Being in such a team allowed me to provide the most accurate advice to my clients.
🔰Is there anyone whom you wish to show your appreciation to?
The first would be to those friends that gave me the kick I need to start aiming for the diamond 💎
The second would be to Clifton Toh. Throughout this journey, he's been providing advice and encouragement, pushing me forward.
Finally, it would be to the clients who put their trust in me. Without them, I wouldn't be here.

🔰Do you have any tips or advice to inspire fellow realtors?
Doing something is better than doing nothing.
During this pandemic, take the time to pick up new skills and adapt, moving ahead of your competitors.
