🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
Trust. Trust from my Seller/Buyer to me, Trust from me to my Division Head advises, Trust to our team’s project tagger, and trust to myself.
🔰 What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
This is my very first time achieving this Diamond Award out of my 12 years exp in this sector. It is definitely a milestone for me.
Don’t be afraid to ask, planning and most importantly -- EXECUTION is key. Do my best by providing my clients with the best solution on how they can make their purchase with minimal risk and how to achieve maximum profits.
🔰 Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
I sold 1 x Condo (Resale) and 1 x New Launch purchasing for the same client.
To prevent from paying the Additional Buyer Stamp Duty, we had only 3 weeks to dispose of my client’s current private property before the purchasing of an upcoming new launch unit. The challenge here is to sell at a reasonable price and to secure the new launch within this short period of time.
Thanks to Division Head Alex Lim, for the advice and solutions to assist my buyer to fulfill and achieve his dream plan. In the end, we manage to sell at the asking price and purchased the new launch unit at a good price.

Seriously, I have been working with many other real estate companies for the past 12 years; but none of them are like ALD. 🔰 Do you have any tips or advice to inspire fellow realtors?
Be client centric. Put simply, if the customer gets a good deal, the agent gets a good deal. This is why it’s so important to put your clients' interest first. Always have your clients’ needs as your top priority.
