🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
I am motivated to achieve financial freedom as early as possible. There are many ways to do this, such as lifestyle reduction, strict retirement planning regime, etc. For me, I want to maintain my current lifestyle.
🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
This award is a testament to my belief that as long as I want it, I can do it. This is a challenge to me because I am juggling across various businesses to make them successful. Achieving this award is proof that I can excel in this trade as well.
🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
Being in this trade for more than 10 years, I have met many clients. Among them, some are new, some are clients that I have served and some are referrals. Because of them, my closings span across new launches, resale, and rental. I am grateful for their support and trust in my professional advice. I offered them advice as a close friend and not as a salesperson. I think that makes a difference. With that, I managed to close a 5-Bedroom in a new project launch.

ERA, Preeminent group and ALD have been very supportive. Why I say that is because of the effective training that was given and reinforced, and the positive vibes that the group and division possessed. These few factors constantly pushed and motivated me to achieve higher.
🔰Is there anyone whom you wish to show your appreciation to?
Needless to say, of course is my Direct Boss Daniel Phua!! He is the one who encourages me and ensures me that his system allows me to achieve the results as well as not giving up Hi tea-ing hobbies!
