🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
I'm a diamond lover, so it's my quest to collect as many diamonds as possible! 😂
On a more serious note, the diamond award is an important milestone for all realtors, so it's an important goal for us to achieve.
🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
Hard work, Perseverance, and constantly on the lookout for good deals. If it's a good deal to you, it's a good deal to your clients.
🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
1 HDB sale
1 commercial property sale
2 Midwood tagging
2 Ki Residences tagging
1 Affinity Strata landed (New Launch)
Fighting for the last strata landed unit at Affinity. We needed speed, cooperation from clients, and a good tagger to get our client that unit!
🔰How does ERA, Preeminent Group, and ALD make a difference?
ERA has easily 99% of new projects in Singapore so we can always be confident to share with our clients that we have the buffet spread for them to choose from.
Preeminent Group has a good support system with PG project chats and this helped us stay abreast with the latest info from the developers.
ALD has a good boss who keeps advocating us to push the boundaries and help identify trends and headwinds. The Affinity strata landed wouldn't have been a deal, if not for boss Alex's sharing!

Boss Alex and Lady Boss Jane, who keeps motivating and keeps the steam going even when your morale is low.
🔰Do you have any tips or advice to inspire fellow realtors?
Join a project, be a tagger, learn to sell a new project. Being a seasoned tagger is the only way you can polish and master your craft.
