🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
I have recently moved to a bigger place together with my family, and I wanted to provide a better environment and lifestyle for my family of 6. My renovation had depleted a huge amount of our savings and there is an urgency to work hard to restore my savings to a healthy level.
🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
Never give up on any leads and direct enquires, do follow up closely.
In Aug, I have busted 6 deals in a row, and it is especially demoralising for me after working tirelessly for the past 3 weeks and all efforts went down the drain and nothing closed. I did my math and the potential closing is a diamond award if all goes well. I took a week's break. Managed to pick me up and started my hard work all over again.
🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
2 New launches, 2 pte rental renewal, 1 pte rental. My buyers have sold their residence and gave me a set of requirements to work on, one particular requirement is to look for development that is nearing TOP so that they can seamlessly move in upon their current lease expired.
However, most of the new developments have been doing very well and are mostly sold out. I'm extremely thankful to our ALD Taggers for their help, with their insightful ground knowledge, we managed to recommend a few for them to shortlist and eventually settled on a unit they like.
🔰How does ERA, Preeminent Group, and ALD make a difference?
ERA is a well-known branding that many Singaporean will immediately recognise without the need for me to do much introduction to my customers. The company has in place a good initiative that helps my branding and assurance to strangers I spoke to contemplating whether to engage my service. One such example is findpropertyagent portal where my clients had penned their testimonials on my services rendered to them. This had helped, my potential clients, to build confidence and trust to engage me.
Preeminent have an open and healthy sharing culture thru training programs, many times, things are easier when we encountered fellow PG agents to co-broke.
ALD is like a closely knitted family where individuals can seek help or clarification and you will always know that you will receive help in a couple of minutes, if not seconds. The training and sharing sessions are also insightful for us to adjust and prepare ourselves for the next area of focus.
🔰Is there anyone whom you wish to show your appreciation to?
In my 10 years journey in ALD, I wish to express my greatest gratitude to both my bosses Alex Lim and Alan Kong, they are always around to answer my questions and share a lot about their experiences in work and personal life.
Of course, my team of my teammates offers real-time assistance whenever I have questions pertaining to work.
🔰Do you have any tips or advice to inspire fellow realtors?
We will encounter difficulties and obstacles in the course of our work, however, do not give up, because the harder we work, the luckier we will get, the problems are just some side effects that would push us to be better in the future.
