🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
Seeing my teammates achieve the Diamond Awards inspired me to hit diamond myself. My other motivation is my goal to clear my housing loan in 4 years.
🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
Hard work, perseverance, knowledge, and skills. Achieving Diamond signifies the breakthrough and possibilities that I can be in the top realtor league.
🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
2 x Landed sales . 2 x HDB deals
There were financial & timeline issues of clients. I had an extra cautious buyer who needs a lot of assurance and negotiated near-impossible terms with the landed developer. I also pushed up selling prices via various strategies so that my seller can get their price. Good co-brokers, working partners eg banker and mentor helps a lot. I focus on doing the right thing, protecting clients’ interests, and solving the problem. I see possibilities, try and try.

I give thanks to God, without His Grace I can’t achieve this.
I give thanks to Daniel Phua for he is always there to provide guidance and advice when I face challenges.
I give thanks to Alex Lim for his digital marketing training and ALD property wealth creation training equips us with the tools & strategies to excel. Without his training and tips on where to focus, I would be very overwhelmed by the seas of knowledge and tools.
I am also very thankful to my encouraging teammates, supportive clients, and working co-brokers.
🔰Do you have any tips or advice to inspire fellow realtors?
My weakness is prospecting and leads generation. Unfortunately, it is also the most crucial, no leads = no sales. My advice is: Keep taking action. Don’t stop. Even if you don’t see the results, you have to trust that reaping and sowing takes work and time. Harvest will come at the right time.
Through perseverance and willingness to trial and error, I am beginning to find it easier to get leads through referrals, digital markets, flyers, and converting more prospects to clients. As a realtor, we have to build our brand, grow our client base and extend our influences. Action builds momentum and no action is wasted.
