🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
I set a goal, work on steps with actions on a daily basis and stay determined taking ownership of my inspirations and success.
🔰 What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
Follow up and follow through. Having a laser beam focus on what I need to accomplish helps my energy to flow and drives me close to my goal. On another note, this pandemic period has been a blessing to me. It has helped me to have a clear mind and stay focus. No more ‘Alice in wonderland.’

Be patient but persistent and step out of your comfort zone.
