🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
The motivating factor is that I always wanted to provide a better standard of living for me and my family.
I wanted to have a better breakthrough for myself. I set up a target initially which is to be a feature in the ERA 5-Figures Artwork monthly. After which, I set a higher target for myself which is the “More than 10 Transactions in a single month” Artwork. Once I achieved the feat, that’s why I set an even higher target for myself which is to be a multiple diamond by ERA Artwork. I constantly strive to be among the elites in the Top Achievers’ Chart.
🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
Don’t be afraid to lose, just keep on trying, trying, and trying to get it right. Life is not about how many times you have fallen, but rather on how fast you react and recover to stand up and try again.
Success is when your hard works & preparations met opportunities. This award is a recognition of all the hard work and dedication to my family, love ones, and clients. Adding on to my collection of accolades.
🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
I closed multiple sales & purchase deals on both HDB and Private Properties. And also multiple rental deals as well. One of the challenges I face is not easy to arrange viewing appointments due to the Phase ll Heightened Alert measures. I have to show the house even if it's just a single viewing on that specific day traveling from East to West so as not to miss any potential genuine buyers be it direct or from co-broke agents. Just show up and never give up!
Especially when serving buyers, the selling agents will prioritize their direct buyers. They are not keen to arrange a viewing as they have to co-broke and share their commission. You must have a good rapport with your buyers and be transparent with them, always keep them in the loop on what’s going on. And we will move on to view other units instead. No time to waste!

Wish to thank my childhood buddy cum mentor Alex Lim for roping me into the fulfilling journey of real estate. Giving advice and guidance not only on work but also personal life as well. Walking the talk and showing as a perfect role model what and how a Leader should be.
Also thanks to my teammates, colleagues, friends, and business partners who have helped, guided, and motivated me along the way.
Last but not least, I am very thankful for all the unconditional love and support are given to me by my beloved family. They are my pillar of strength enabling me to always go the extra mile in my endeavor.
🔰Do you have any tips or advice to inspire fellow realtors?
Always make time to give thanks & appreciation to those people who have helped you in one way or another. Lend a helping hand to those in need. Every master was once a disaster, so always stay humble and keep hustle!
