🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
My main motivation is my daughter as she started her university this year and I wanted to be able to provide for her school expenses so that she can concentrate on her studies.
🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
As a Christian, I recognized that it is the Lord who provided the deals for me to achieve this award and thanks be to God for His goodness and faithfulness!
🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
My closings were at Kent Ridge Park Residences and The Gazania. The challenges faced were to help the buyers with the property selection, loans, ABSD, and timeline. With the help from the Taggers, bankers, lawyers, and DDs, I managed to overcome them.
🔰How does ERA, Preeminent Group, and ALD make a difference?
They make a great difference as ERA has many useful tools to enhance my skillsets. As for PG and ALD, we have good training and sharing as a team member whenever I arranged viewings, high Chances of getting one from our teammates when I identified myself.
🔰Is there anyone whom you wish to show your appreciation to?
Personally, I want to thank you Alex for your advice and recommending CK Tan Law Corporation, their service is superb. Not to forget Daniel for always helping with my queries whenever I text him.
🔰Do you have any tips or advice to inspire fellow realtors?
I deleted an app on my phone that always distracted me, and I realised I have a lot of time to attend zoom training, read up on property news, and take actions to lead up to closings.
