🔰 What are some of your motivations that drive you to achieve this ERA Diamond award?
This Diamond award came at the most unexpected time. I know my buyer and she knows that I am a real estate agent. She has been looking at Normanton Park for some time then. Her husband has also visited the show flat several times, but I was not aware at all. I managed to meet her only in March. After multiple times of discussions over the phone and in her office, I managed to close the deal. It has to be a divine appointment!
Valerie, the tagger at Normanton Park did most of the work and even went the extra mile to collect the document from my house. Thanks Valerie!

🔰What does it take to achieve this award and what it means to you?
This award once again confirms that we need perseverance, patience, and teamwork! This award definitely boosts my confidence to continue my work in ERA.
🔰Where were your closings? What were the challenges faced and how did you overcome them?
My closing was at Normanton Park strata terrace house. As I was incapacitated, the main challenge is communication. I took a long time to craft a simple message; struggled in verbal communication.
I thank God that my buyer was very patient with me. Sincerity is the key to overcome any challenges and obstacles.
🔰How does ERA, Preeminent Group, and ALD make a difference?
The company ERA, Preeminent Group and ALD training did give an edge over the others. The ALD and project training slides are up to date and help the buyer recognise that she has made the right choice.
🔰Is there anyone whom you wish to show your appreciation to?
Firstly, Valerie, my tagger at Normanton Park, next is my team leader Bobby and not forgetting my DD Ailsa Ang. I also want to thank my family especially my wife who gives me the greatest support.
Most of all, I give thanks to God for giving me the strength to go through the whole process.

Our ex-colleagues, associates, and service providers, anyone could be our potential customers! Be true and sincere. Follow your heart!
